    Good evening,
    I've been through this contact request the automatic cancellation of debt made ​​on my credit card on 13/01/2013 in the amount of 97.72 (Brazilian currency) which was not authorized by me.
    Identification: PLI * JotForm 18663127733
    CASE: I purchased one on 12/01/2012 JotForm Premium - Yerly subscription sale amounting to 85.94 (Brazilian currency) signature now won in January 2013 and I have no interest in renewing JotForm Premium - Yerly subscrition.
    REQUEST 12/01/2012 - 64720150

    I ask that this be done the chargeback amount of 97.72 charged on my card on 13/01/2013 unduly because not asked for this new collection.

    Hello Françoiza, I've taken a look at your account and I can see that there was no cancellation made so because our subscription system is automatic it proceeded to charge you again for the new year which was done on 1/12/13. I can also see that you have not been using any submissions so we are willing to honor your request for a refund and I have gone ahead and done this for you. You will recieve your refund within about a week.
