Submission error

    This form is showing "submission error" when the option to "drop off check" is selected. Someone sucessfully submitted the form on May 31, and it hasn't changed since, so I don't know what's wrong. Please advise ASAP.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    I tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue. After that, I cloned your form and made a test submission. My cloned form is working fine. However, my cloned form is not integrated with PayPal Checkout, as I do not have a test PayPal Checkout account. I think that the "submission error" message is related to the PayPal Checkout field. 

    Can you please clone your form, integrate it with PayPal checkout and test it. If the issue still persists, let us know and we will report the issue to our developers.
