Can you please provide more information on the kind of problem you are experiencing with your photos? I am able to successfully download the photo from your link.
If you are having trouble viewing submitted photos or files, then it is most likely because you have Require log-in to view uploaded files turned on in your account Settings. Please go to account Settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings), and uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files check box.
