My notifications are not being sent to my email

    I have whitelisted jotform, and i still do not receive notifications from the form on my website (www.itdraws.com). When i added a second notification email address it worked. Can you help me resolve why notifications are not being sent to my tgomez@itdraws.com email address? Thanks

    It looks like

    tgomez@itdraws.com was IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 552-'5.2.0 Remote MTA 199.255.194.134: An= URL contained in this message is blacklisted by SURBL. See http://www.surb= l.org'

    Make sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) should be set this way

    -SENDER EMAIL : noreply@jotform.com

     

              Here's how to change Sender Name and Sender E-mail:

              a. While editing your form, Click Setup & Embed then Email Alerts
              b. Open Notification, then click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings
              c. Change the Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com 

     

    - SENDER NAME : Make sure you change it to Jotform or you map it  to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar)
