My notifications are not being sent to my email

    I have whitelisted jotform, and i still do not receive notifications from the form on my website ( When i added a second notification email address it worked. Can you help me resolve why notifications are not being sent to my email address? Thanks

    It looks like was IN the bounce list

    Make sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) should be set this way



              Here's how to change Sender Name and Sender E-mail:

              a. While editing your form, Click Setup & Embed then Email Alerts
              b. Open Notification, then click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings
              c. Change the Sender E-mail to 


    - SENDER NAME : Make sure you change it to Jotform or you map it  to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar)
