None of our forms are attaching PDF copies of submissions to email setups anymore. Need fixed ASAP.

    Hi Kristine!

    There was a known issue earlier with PDF attachments not being sent out correctly. The issue has been fixed now. I have cloned your form and made a test submission and was able to receive the PDF attachment of the submitted data as expected. Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue or have any other questions.

    Great, we will test more to make sure it is working with our two systems, Outlook and Zendesk. We'll let you know if it's not resolved on those fronts as we may need more assistance. Thanks!
