Monthly payments allowed clarification for Free account, are they 10 payments per month or year?

Hi. Just wondering if the free offer contains 10 payments per month or per year. Could you please just clarify this for me?

The 10 payments would be per month on the Free account. The limits are automatically reset to zero(0) every 1st day of the next Month. So, you always have 10 Free payment submission every month.

FYI, if the limit is reached anytime during the month the account and the form will not be able to receive further submissions and will be temporarily disabled.
