Parties are not receiving forwarded forms. Also, I am no longer receiving notifications when a form comes in even though I checked my settings to make sure that I receive them.

I think you are asking about your Property Maintenance Request form.
According to our records, we sent all emails properly when the form submitted. Please check your emails records from your history page. Also, can you please check your spam/junk box?
