In the auto-reply email, there's a box with your company name that comes at the top of the email. Is there a way to delete that?

    Hi Shaun,

    Yes, you can always delete that.

    1. Edit/Open your Auto Responder

    2. Click on that Logo or Image

    3. Hit "Delete" button on your keyboard

    4. Click "Finish"

    5. Click "Saved" button to saved changes

    Thanks

    Didn't seem to quite work, there was a box I couldn't get rid of-- I switched to text mode, then back to html, that seemed to do it. Thanks.

    Hi Shaun,

    Apologize! I have totally misunderstood your inquiry. I thought that you'd like to delete "Jotform" logo from the notification box.

    You can removed that box by editing the HTML Source of the Auto Reply email;

    After clicking the HTML button, a window will popup containing the source codes, now....

    Find the codes on the top and delete:

    <tr>

    <td height="30">&nbsp;</td>

    </tr>

    Find the codes below and delete:

    <tr>

    <td height="30">&nbsp;</td>

    </tr>

    Thanks
