How can I protect form submissions on an account with multiple users?

I am collecting private health information for research purposes, and would like to ensure only the appropriate people can access it, while still allowing others access to administer the forms - is there a way that I can achieve this?

Could you please provide additional information on how are you planning to share forms with other users - are you using one login for multiple people? In that case, there is no way to restrict access to either the forms or submissions.
