I wanted to change my account to the Premium Yearly Plan from the Month-to-Month Premium. The only way I saw to do this was to downgrade to the free version so I could then upgrade back to Premium, selecting the yearly rate since it was cheaper. I was informed the account should be downgraded on Feb 25 and it's now the 26th and nothing has changed. Please let me know if the downgrade just hasn't gone through yet or if you can just make the rate change on your end.

From what I can see the date might have gotten mixed up because currently our system is actually showing your downgrade date to be on 2/27/13 which is actually tomarrow. So you would have to wait 1 more day til sometime tomarrow when it should update and reflect on your account.
However, something I would like to point out is even though you've already cancelled and it is showing this status you should be able to go ahead and upgrade to the plan you want regardless. It just automatically schedules a downgrade time ahead of the timeframe that we cancel it due to meeting the usages we've implied as part of the plan. The only exception to this is if a refund happens to be given then it is downgraded immediately.

When I go to my account (or the Pricing tab) and try to edit the account type, it still says Premium is my current plan and therefore that panel/image is not clickable. The only option is to click on the other panels downgrading to free or upgrading to a higher plan that we don't need. I even tried to edit the payment method but after clicking Change Credit Card, it just tells me the subscription is no longer active. It looks like the only way to change the plan to the Premium Yearly Plan is to wait until that panel is clickable, meaning my account will have to show the free version as my current plan. Is there another way to change the Premium monthly rate to the Premium yearly rate? If I just have to wait a day, then I'll wait a day.

Please use this link instead as a way to proceed on upgrading your account;
Choose Yearly and Payment Method.
Note: As you could see, your username is placed at the end of the URL. Please do not alter.

That worked. I did have to change the url for Premium instead of Economy since I wanted Premium and not Economy. But, the order went through. Thanks.
