I have a jotform landing page built to display while I build my wordpress site. Is there a quick and easy way to direct all my traffic from my wordpress site to the jotform? This is kind of a wordpress question I know, but I thought maybe Jotform might offer something that could help, like a plugin.

Could you please advise about this part:

"Is there a quick and easy way to direct all my traffic from my wordpress site to the jotform?"

What exactly you would like to do?

To link your form in your Wordpress website or you had something else in mind?

When a website is being built, a developer will put up a "Coming Soon" landing page that may have a countdown timer and an email form, so that a visitor cannot see the website as it is being built. When the building is done, the page is taken down to reveal the home page. I built a similar page in jotform, but now I'm looking for an easy way to make use of it in the same way, without having to redirect the domain. Seems like the jotform wordpress plugin should have something like this already.

Thank you for clarifying your concern.

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you would like to have your form created in Jotform shown on the "Coming Soon" landing page of your Wordpress website. And, you don't want your respondents to be redirected to another domain as explained here — https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-website-redirect/

I'm not sure if there is a way through Wordpress to achieve your requirements without installing a plugin similar to this https://kristarae.co/create-a-coming-soon-page-on-wordpress/. You may need to confirm this also with Wordpress. To meet your requirements, you may need to have a way to embed the form from Jotform to the "Coming Soon" page of your Wordpress website. It depends on which one is accepted, but you can use the form's JS Embed Script, Iframe Embed Codes, or Full Source Code.
