How can I transfer forms to other account manager?

Preciso migrar meus formulários para outro gestor. Como posso fazer isso?

We can transfer the forms for you. We only need the username of the target account and the list of forms you want to transfer from your account. If in case the form is currently hosted on the other account, you need to create the request using that account and provide us the same information above, the target username and forms to transfer. 

When transferring, all sorts of the form settings are saved, the URL will remain the same (except for the custom form URL).
