    Hi -  This was a fillable pdf I used to import and create a new form...  There seems to be some type of window that shows first before taking the user to the actual form...  not sure where this is coming from... tried deleting and re-importing several times. thx

    An update from our dev team.

    When a form is created via our new PDF Form Converter (Beta) product, we display the imported fillable pdf to the user. This is a default behavior for this product since it's aim is to generate the filled version of the pdf form using the data submitted via online form. User can also download the filled version of the initial pdf after he submits the form.

    We discussed this with our product team and agreed that displaying original PDF to user should be optional. We will open a feature request ticket to make this PDF preview step optional in form settings.

    According to them that it will now be optional to display the Original PDF to the user. Please note that this will be submitted as a feature request. If there's an update to this feature, we'll let you know.

    Hello;

    We introduced a new settings panel where you can set the pdf preview as an option.
