We are a printing company and I used the form that has the file submission. I just got a call from a customer who said that the max file size was 10 megs. Is that correct? If so, can I upgrade to take larger?Page URL:

Actually this would depend on 2 things:
First, it will depend on your file uploader tool that you used for the form. In the file uploader tool you can set the maximum file size that the uploader will allow.
To set the Max File size:
1. Click the File uploader field
2. Click Properties above
3. Click Max File Size
4. This should let's you input a value in kilobytes. so 1MB should be 1024 in kilobytes. 10mb is 10240 and so on...
Second, no matter how farther you increase the maximum file size, our servers will only allow a maximum 1GB per upload. That is the farthest we can get for now on our servers. I hope this information helps you. Please let me know if you have further inquiries. We will gladly answer them for you. Thank You!
