    Are the Sub-Accounts WORKING??

    Greetings Jot Forms. You guys ROCK! Although I'm having all kinds of weird problems trying to set-up and access a TEST Sub Account, before I give the login invitation to one of my clients.   I've created a Sub Account yesterday, deleted it, and reset-up another Sub Account today and still having these same problems.... When we login to the Sub Account it's not showing the form that I set-up to share. Is this feature still in BETA? Please let me know. Thank you.

    Hello and thank you for the comment. As far as I know it is still at an Early Release Stage so even though it is available we have not yet announced it's Official Release due to a few problems we've discovered which are being fixed such as this.

    I went ahead and did some further testing on this with my own Test Account and I can see that the forms were shared so could you please try again. I started to check your account but it looked like you were testing it during the time since it seemed to have disappeared. Anyhow I was able to share a form between the two accounts I had. You need to look in the " Shared With You " folder along with being registered accounts on JotForm.

    OK.... I just tried to look at it again, although the Login Username and Password will now no longer allow me back in to look at this sub account. I can give you these details if you'd like to email me. Thanks for your help.

    Hi, please share to us the username of one of your sub-account. We can use it to check if the shared folder is working on your end.

    Hi,

    I have checked your account, and noted that you had only 1 sub-account setup so far. AND the sub-account ####@graphixology.com have not yet created a JotForm account, so, we cannot check if the shared folder is working on ####@graphixology.com login.

    Please try to create the sub-account now, then check again.

    OK. I created the new account, and it's telling me that I have no forms.

    Hi,

    If you can logged in to GO1234 account, you will see that your shared form is on that shared folder account. I was able to see this on Go1234 account (see image below)

    Please check again. Login to GO1234 and then click on My Forms when logged in already.

    I just logged into my main account and double checked the Sub Account that I had set-up. It showed that NO Forms were set to be shared. Although I KNOW that I already did this. So it seems like it deleted my settings. (?) Anyway... I just reset it again, and will now log out and log back in as the sub account user to test this. : )

    Now it will not allow me to login with the new GO account using the username and passowrd that I just set-up. Hmmmmmm.... ?

    maybe wrong password? Try to refresh the browser also...

    If all fails, you can reset the password via email using the "Forgot Password' in the login page.
