Auto-responder email is not working with noreply@jotform.com

The 'Autoresponder' to ' Recipients' is no longer working. My clients are no longer getting copies of their forms.  

As I use the SAVE and RESUME later feature I have Part 1 and Part 2 for a couple of forms. Here is one set.

Users receive emails using my own SMPT server instead of Jotform's and after trouble shooting, my server is working. 

Please advise 

I did check your form and found that you have added custom sender email with SMTP setting to send auto-responder email. 

To test this issue, I would suggest you to please go ahead and change the auto-responder sender email to noreply@jotform.com and add a new auto-responder email alert with noreply@jotform.com as sender email so that we can test the issue.

Do get back to us after you change the sender email, we will take a look.

Furthermore I then called the server host and they changed their settings without telling me. I have updated it and now everything is working again. Thank you.

But can you tell me why my email is saying form my name and not from my company? See attached. 

I am glad to know that your issue is resolved.

On your question related to auto-responder email displaying your name, I did check your form's auto-responder email alert and found that you have added "Dog Adoption" as the sender name. This is the name which should be displayed to users who submit form.

In your case, since your are using your own email address to receive submission email and alyson@dogadoption.org.au must be added in contact list with your name. 

Please test your form using a different email address and you should see "Dog Adoption" as the name in email.
