How to downgrade my account after the next billing?

I have been very happy with your service but am needing to cancel my subscription after our next cycle (July 18, 2019). I sent out an email but haven't gotten any confirmation that you've received it.  Can you confirm this for me?

I see that your next billing date is June 19th. After upgrading the account on June 19th, do you wish to downgrade the account to Free for July month?

If yes, after your account upgraded on June 19th, you can downgrade to Free from your billing page. Or you can also contact us for downgrading for the account.

If I cancel it today, can I still use our account but on a free status for the next month?  Would that work?  Is the payment for the PREVIOUS month or for the succeeding month?  Meaning, the payment renewal on June 19, will that allow me to use it up to July 18?  Or is that in payment for the past month?

As your next billing date is June 19th, if you cancel the account today - on June 19th your subscription will be changed to Free. So, from that date, you can continue using the Free account how much time you want. It is just the limitations of the account that will be changed.

Meaning, the payment renewal on June 19, will that allow me to use it up to July 18?  Or is that in payment for the past month?

If you don't downgrade the account and continue with the subscription then the payment on June 19th is valid till next month, it is not for the previous month. Means, you can continue with the Silver subscription till July 18th.
