Absolutely! When you log in to your account using the mobile app, your account, and all your forms will be synced with the mobile app and you can use, edit and create forms using the app. You can view your existing forms in the mobile app's my forms view:

You can just tap any one of the forms and start editing or filling out the form. There are functions new which are only available in the mobile app such as assigning a form, kiosk mode for you to explore.
