    Dear JotForm,

We have depolyed a form for a client (http://www.rguitars.co.uk) -- you will see the "contact us ..." on the left hand side of the page.

On the Macintosh (running Google Chrome) and on an iPad - there is no scroll bars which means that the form can not be completed or submitted.

Can you please advise how we can get the scroll bars working?

    Kind regards,

    Stuart Hibbert

    Hi there,

When testing your page it seems that you have resized the popup window so that it fits the entire form.

Are you still having the problem of not being able to submit?

I was able to see the entire form on all the browsers and devices.

I also noticed that when the size of the window is smaller then that of the form, the brosers automatically add the scrollbar on most browsers.  However on iPads it will not constraint the form within the popup size.

    Dear JotForm,

The scroll bars don’t appear on Safari or Google Chrome on the Mac …

So it isn’t possible to submit the form.

Can you please advise on any work arounds we can use … or what we are doing wrong.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Stuart,

I checked your feedback form using the mentioned browsers on Mac and they appears to be fine.

However if it displays different on your side, try to add this CSS code above your feedback form's embed code.

    <style>.jt-content{overflow-y: scroll !important;}</style>

Let us know if the problem still persist after that. Thanks!
