The autoresponder email is not being sent in one of our forms

    Hi guys, for some reason autoreponder email of one of my forms are not been sent.

    Could someone please help?

    Actually it is taking 40 minutes to arrive...

    I'm sorry, but you have selected OrderID field which is not an email address field as the recipient in the autoresponder email settings. Kindly check and fix that.

    If in case this was an email field before, and there is a previous submission that is not sent to the submitter, please let us know its ID so we can check that further.

    The rest of your autoresponder email settings are configured correctly, so that should work once the correct field is selected as the recipient.
