Account auto-suspended. Please help!

    My name is Jeremiah Bodnar, and I maintain a series of forms under the Jotform User Name LPCHonors.  I use this account as I administer the Las Positas College Honors Program for applications to the program, program proposals, and completion forms.  I was in the process of updating our forms and adding integration to our honors program gmail account when the page froze.  After that, I got a message that our account had been auto-suspended.  From googling this phrase, it looks like there may be some term of service that I have violated.  If so, please let me know so that I can correct it right away.  I know that using a free service is a privilege, and I will work hard to ensure that I use the service while honoring the user agreement.

    We have unsuspended your account after we found no violations in your forms.

    We can see that you are  asking for a password with your PSWD field which is used for condition, this triggers the autosuspension. If possible, please rephrase the PSWD label to something that won't flag your form as suspicious like "Unique Key", "Condition Code" or any similar.
