eCheck.net payment: Name field from form is not properly mapped to name field in eCheck.net

I have looked at the check transactions in Authorize that have come from my form and see that Jotform is putting the customer name (first and last name) into the customer first name field in Authorize.  Also, there is only one name field available when using the e-check payment program.  How can I get the customers first name in the Authorize first name field and the last name into the Authorize last name field?

Could you confirm if you are referring to the Customer Name in the eCheck field?

Is this the field being sent to Authorize.net first name field? Please confirm so that we can test it further and forward it to our backend team if necessary.

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

This is the field.  When I add the e-check payment widget, these are the fields that come up.  You can not change these.

It is suppose to have last name, a comma, then first name when going to Authorize.  The data that is being sent is just first name last name.  There is no comma.

This is a bad one....  1560877356Bad name.PNG   (this is first last)

This is a good one....1560877385Good name.PNG   (this is last comma first)

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

So what does this mean?  Please set my expectation as to what a reasonable time is to expect bug fixes to take.  I have another problem that I have been waiting for one year for an answer so is that what I should expect.  Knowing this will help with planning on how I can use the tool.

    Thanks

Unfortunately, there is no ETA at this time. I am sending a follow-up message to the assigned team to see if we can get more information on this.

    Hello,

When I test eCheck, I see Transaction Details like this:

Name on bank account is settled correctly. I couldn't see first and last name fields. According to eCheck API of Authorize.Net, there is no such first and last name fields, too. Could you please share more details about your issue? In this Transaction Details, where do you want to see first and last names separately?

    Thank you.

Try going into Transaction  Search then searching on this transaction by last name.  You will not be able to as the name you provide Authorize is not formatted correctly.  Here are screen shots..
