How do administrators view HIPPA compliant form submission. Are they emailed to designated email addresses or do admins have to log in to view the entries?

    Hello Nicole,

Logging in to the account is required for HIPAA-upgraded accounts unless fields have their PHI disabled. When PHI is disabled, data submitted in fields will be included in the notification email sent to the recipients of the form.

Please refer to our guide for PHI fields here: https://www.jotform.com/help/518-How-to-set-PHI-fields-on-your-forms.

Here's an example of how PHI or protected fields works:

Fields that are non-protected are shown like the Full Name Phone, Email, and Address in the above screenshots. Protected fields are likewise marked as "Removed for privacy".

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions with HIPAA compliance.
