Is there a way to preface access to filling out my form with a login system?
Something that I can expose to the user that doesn't require them having a Jotforms account

We do not have a login system in forms, but we offer a workaround such as the below guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/306-Allow-Jotform-to-Be-Filled-out-Only-by-Those-with-a-Special-Link
Or, just have a Short Text Entry field, add a conditional logic that if this new field is equal to the defined value, it will show the whole form fields.
Here's a demo you can check: https://form.jotform.com/91688039539977. Enter 123.
