Form not updating on my website

    Hello, I am having the same issue as a few other customers. My form is not updating on my website. I saw that you were able to clear the cache for Indigo Silver. Is that what needs to be done with my form/site also?

    Hi marjesca,

     

    I cleared your form caches, in any case can you open your form on jotform.com and check if your recent chances were saved or not?

    Can you open your form on our form builder and check if you lost some recent changes?

    No I did not lose any changes.

    It now reflects the last changes you made. Can you check it and confirm?

    Yes, I just saw that it reverted to previous version. I will investigate the issue further and inform you.

    Is this a recent issue within JotForm that is being worked on to resolve?  Any expectations on when it will be fixed? Just would like to know that I don't have to worry about my form every day =)

    Our dev team is working on a permanent solution to this issue.  Meanwhile, if you find that the form does not update when you make any changes, please let us know and we'll be glad to clear the cache for you.

    If you have a moment can you clear my cache as well please?

    I did some adjustments and finished a couple of things off last week, and its still not updating.
