URGENT - My form has broken this morning.

    Hi,

    The form has worked perfectly for several years and this morning is broken it seems that the condition settings aren't working.

    Both the Live and Test versions of the form have broken in the same way.

     

    It seems to be an issue with your prototype javascript being used, please see attachment.
