Hey Jotform, several of our customers are having trouble on a mobile device and sometimes even a cpu to sign our forms is there a way to have the widget updated here is a link to the form

I tested your form on a mobile device with Chrome browser. I am not able to replicate the issue, the signature field is working fine.
Could you tell the model of the device that you tested?

it is not on all mobile devices it is on some of them do you know what the issue could be, it also occurs on a tablet as well
