Hi,
I have successfully integrated my client's nonprofit PayPal account to the donation form, however, upon testing I am getting an error message "Order ID is missing". Is this on Jotform or PayPal side?

I checked your form and it is not connected to PayPal. Here's a screenshot:

Thank you for your answer. How long is it supposed to take to connect? I have done this process several times since last night.

Once the account is authenticated, it should connect instantly. But I think you did not click the blue button that says go back to the store. You should click that to complete the authentication. Do not click the link below the button. Kindly try that again.
