Upgrading account

    Hi there,

    I'm in the middle of a massive campaign and I've already upgraded my Jotform account to Premium (from Starter). I'm trying to upgrade again to Economy but it won't let me. When I click Upgrade under Economy it brings up a payment method box, when I click Pay it says "You plan has been successfully changed. You changes will be live in a couple of minutes" ... but then when I go back to my normal dashboard it still says im running out of space, and that I've used more than a thousand of my allocated one thousand entries.

    Please assist immediately as I need more allocation for entries all day today. I'd like to be switched by you guys to Economy (and this is only relevant if done today).

    Your payment was declined due to u, that is why the account was set to downgrade

    Failed $19.95 USD Credit Card Rebill Declined (Generic)
    DECLINED, Proc=110 Insufficient Funds
