Why was I billed?

    I disabled my forms last month and had reached out to support then to confirm that I would not be billed yet I see I was just billed again.  I would like to receive a refund for this last bill.

    Please advise.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have completely canceled your subscription for your account emvblacker, I also issued a refund for the last payment, it should be reflected on your account within 5-10 business days.
