My submit button on my form isn't redirecting like it's supposed to

A few of my prospects have gotten errors when submitting my coaching application form and it's supposed to be redirecting to a calendar page which it's not doing. Can someone help? Thank you!

The form redirects to the URL you entered in the thank you page setting. However, it looks like the scheduling page is no longer available?

Looks like I’m gonna have to switch to another form company because I nearly lost another client trying to sign up with me because they’re not getting the redirection link still. I’ve updated the button and it’s too hot or miss which costs me too much. I was gonna go ahead and sign up for the paid version but this is too sketchy to do that since I can’t count on it to work.
