When I receive the notification, I cant see the signature on the form.

I made a test with your form using a new notification and it seems to work fine. I would suggest to recreate your form notification, delete your existing notification and create a new one without modifying its email content.
Also, please make sure your email application is not blocking images on every email contents. Thanks!
