Hi there.
I saw this scenario video and I'm wondering how can I deploy the online form I created to my field workers?
Can you point me to the video or article that shows me how it's done?

Here's how you can let your field workers access/use your form in their own JotForm Mobile Forms app.
First, you will assign them (your field workers) your form through your JotForm Mobile Forms app. (Tap the form to view the menu)
On the next page, enter your field worker's name and email address and click the Save button after.
If you already have at least 1 assignee on your form, you will have this page instead. You can tap the "Add New" link to add a new assignee.
They (your field workers) will receive an email similar to the one in the screenshot below.
They need to follow the instructions mentioned in the email that they will receive. If they don't have an existing JotForm account or their email address is not associated with a registered JotForm account, they will be using their email address to log in with the temporary password provided also in the email which they can only use on the JotForm Mobile Forms app. They can register later for a JotForm account using the email address they provided if they wish to.
If they already have an existing registered JotForm account, they can switch the view of their JotForm Mobile Forms app to Form Assignee to see easily view the forms assigned to them. The option is not available for those without a registered JotForm account — they are automatically in the Form Assignee view when they log in.
To use the form you assigned your field workers, they will tap the form to see the following options on their JotForm Mobile Forms app.
