Why is the submission not going through on my card form questionnaire?

You have several Card Forms on your account. Is the issue related to your Astin Client Online Intake Form? I tested the form and I was not able to submit it. The submit button is stuck on Please Wait. I tested two other Card Forms on your account and they are working fine.
I cloned the form that is not working to my account but I was not able to replicate the issue on my cloned form.
It seems that the issue is related to form encryption. On my cloned form I enabled encryption and it still working.
Please disabled Form Encryption, re-enable it and test the form again. If the issue still persists, let us know.
