Why is my account locked?

    What I can do? when I try to enter the system it says: Account is locked. Please contact us from

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I activated your account, you should be able to login now. Accounts enabled with HIPAA Compliance are being lockout due to multiple failed login attempts.
