We have been using JotForm on our website for years for people to upload resumes. What we need is to change the email addressed that JotForm is sending the resumes to once they are uploaded. Unfortunately-we have been using this for so long that we do not know what email and password were used to create our account. Can someone please help with this as soon as possible?
In the event that we no longer have access to the email that our account was created under- is there a way to have it changed?

To change your email notification, you will need to click the Email Alert Icon and select the notification(if available) or click add notification. You will be able to change the email notification email address then by clicking the Reply To and Recipient Setting.

Thanks for posting your concerns here. In addition to my colleague's comment, I would like to know what JotForm username or email you have no longer have the access with?. Also, can you please give another webpage URL that has your jotform in it. We need these in order to verify the account before we can change the ownership. Please reply as soon as you can so we can assist you immediately. Thanks.

Your form - http://www.jotform.com/form/82404209296 - is currently sending the submissions to peter@winches*********s.com and kellie@prim*****f.com
The form is under the account:
Do you have access to that e-mail account? If you do, then you can try the forgot password option on the Login section of the builder. As @ jefreylandicho mentioned, once you enter the account, you can edit the recepients on the e-mail wizard.
Please let us know if this helps!

We cannot grant you access to a account if you dont have access to the email id which is registered with that account.
If you have access to this email id you can try to reset the password and go from there. Another option is you should create a new account and clone this form.

We'll ba glad to try to validate your credentials. Do you have access to any of the addresses where the form's submissions are currently being sent to?
peter@winches*********s.com and kellie@prim*****f.com
Perhaps we can see if all the forms have an address in common in order to make the switch o the account.
If you do not have access to those addresses but have control over the site, perhaps creating a new account and clonning the form would be a solution. You can then embed the clonned form on your site and have full control over it.
Please let us know and we'll be glad to help you with this.
