I keep getting the message "oops, reached your limit" when trying to email a survey. What does this mean. I've only used 1 of 100 submissions.

Upon checking, your form is not returning anymore the warning message mentioned. I already cleared your caches from our end just in case. We also advise to clear your browser's cache too. You already have another new submission a minute ago. Please let us know if the problem still persists. Thank You!
