Stripe Sandbox mode: Prompts that credit card number is expired

    Hello,

    I've experienced this particular issue twice in the last week, I'm getting ready to launch registration for a big event, but when I go to test the form, I get an error message that says the card is expired. I'm using 2024 as the date. I'm using stripe payment, and I'm in sandbox mode. I'm concerned my users will experience this error when it's live.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I have tried making a test submission by using a test credit card info from https://stripe.com/docs/testing. However, I was not able to replicate the issue.

    I would suggest to try a different card instead so we could isolate the issue.

    Please let us know if you still encountered the same when a different card is used, so we could check further.

    I used a mastercard test 5 series, and still got the same thing, and it seems to be happening across my various forms - yikes. I used the 2 series and it processed fine. Do you have any words of wisdom?

    I have searched for reasons about this issue, and I found out that it can be prevented by changing the Create Stripe Customer Record to "For each submission".

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
