A few questions before signing up

We are looking for a solution to do inspections, take pictures, label the images, and choose an option from a drop down with parts they need to replace. These parts have prices, and should be totaled at the end. Then a report should be generated showing all of these things in a PDF. Is this something that can be done with JotForm?
