How to set up a account that not "attached" to an individual, but rather to the school?

Gray Academy of Jewish Education in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada would like to sign up for JotForm.  How do we do this so that the account is not "attached" to an individual, but rather to the school?  I would be the contact person.

If you wish, you can share the username and password of the account so that others can log in. But, if you want to add them as a sub-user then that feature is only available for JotForm Enterprise accounts.
