Form to collect different apparel sizes.

Hi there! I am an internal marketer at a company, and we do a lot of staff events where fun t-shirts are provided. We have been using JotForm to collect the shirt sizes from staff and I am currently using the "Quantity Gift Registry" widget to collect sizes and quantities, but it requires a lot of manual editing and consolidating in the Excel export. Is there a better tool/widget to collect shirt sizes and quantities?

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. I did check your form and it seems you have added Quantity Gift Registry widget to list different size and quantity.

What issue are you having when you export the data to excel file? What data you need to edit manually? I see that you have set unlimited use of all sizes and you can list all the items in regular checkbox field or "Purchase Order" field.
