I'm trying to ad the html link to our website but it's not showing up....

    The embed script are meant to be added in the body and not in the header section. If you wish to create a form link, you will need to create a hyperlink in your page and use the form url as shown below.

    New response receivedBasically what I'm trying to do is add the link from jotform that I created to our inventory tab. For instance when they want to view our inventory they would have to give us some basic information or even our pictures to our homes that would have to give us their name and number etc.

    If i understand your query correct, here are the steps to achieve your requirement:

    1. Create a link in your website to view "Inventory"

    2. Create a JotForm to collect the user's basic information. Embed this form in one of your page within the website template. Or you can go for a lightbox embedd.

    3. Set "Inventory" link to open the above created page or lightbox.

    4. Set the custom "Thanks you" page to list your inventory.
