Hi there, it's been a week where customers using the attached form have been informing me that ... randomly the submission emails they receive do not include the PDF Copy Attachments.
It seems this is occurring about half of the time or so. I've double-checked my form settings and nothing has changed. I still have the "attach pdf" option selected.
Anything you know of to help with this?

As you said your PDF attachment settings are set correctly.
I cloned your form and submitted. The PDF attachments were in old PDF layout. Can you please create a new PDF document and attach it to emails? Please look at these steps.
1. Create a new PDF document. 2. Attach it to emails. The issue may be related to the PDF document layout. New PDF layout will work more stable. -

Thanks for the response. I've been using the this Old PDF version for the last 2 years with no issue. Did something change last week (did you guys perform and update or something) where this is causing these to randomly drop off some submissions?
Unfortunately I have tried multiple times to use the new version and I cannot get it to work as needed. I have attached both the "old" version of the PDF (that I would like to keep using) and your "New" PDF Version of the same form.
Night and day on the simplicity of how well the old form showed the data versus the new version. Not to mention the data doesn't even come through half the time correctly with the new version (as show in my attachments below).
Can we please fix it so the old version is attaching to submissions as it was previously?

You may still use the Old PDF layout with your Form. I have tested a cloned version of your form and it seems the PDF attachment is working correctly at my end.
May we know if this issue is also replicated with the autoresponder email?
I have cleared your form cache.
Can you please test your form again and let us know if the issue still remains?
