My thank you note has a Jotform banner at its bottom

Good morning
On my form 'Film Screening Invitation' Thank you note, I see a Jotform banner at the bottom. 
What should I do to erase it?

I see that your account is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription plan. If the JotForm branding is still being displayed on your forms, you may disable it from the account settings.
