How can I set multiple conditional notification forms

Asked by on February 28, 2013 at 03:12 PM

I'm trying to have multiple conditional notification rules, but the form seems to be ignoring eveyrthng past the first condition.

I have three drop down menus, and the user would select a contact person from each of those.  Each one has a discreet set of people that would need to receive the form.  Additionally, there is a list of people that needs to always receive the form.

How would i accomplish all of the above without having to set up a conditional rule every combination of possibilities:

Aka, avoiding having to set up a rule for:

AAA, AAB, AAC, ABA, ABB, ABC, etc...

Here are the steps to setup conditional email notifications:

Click on "Setup & Embed" >> "Conditions" >> Select "Send an e-mail after submission". You can add all your conditions here.

    Please refer the screenshot below:

Yes, that is the steps I followed to create a basic conditional email notification.

However, like I mentioned above, I'm trying to create a form that has multiple conditional components.

For example, I have three drop down menus:

    Group 1

    Person A

    Person B

    Person C

    Group 2

    Person D

    Person E

    Person F

    Group 3

    Person G

    Person H

    Person I

So that based on their selection, it will send a notification email to all three people selected in Groups 1 through 3.  As it works now, the system only reads the conditional rule for Group A, and then stops.

Actually you need to set rules and actions into conditional logics to accomplish what you are looking for

Can you please share with us the Form URL, also, please explain in detail what would be the escenario?
