    To whom it may concern,

I am working on a site which gives a cad service to architects. I need an upload form for their comments and dwg files. My server has so many problems so i need a form page like yours. I will link this form to my drobox . With reference to this knowledge, is that possible to integration with my wordpress database on this form. For example; i want their names automatic filled when they are online when try to send anything via this forms. Is there a solution to integrate with my user database for this? I hope you have a solution for it :) I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks in advance.

    Best Regards,

Unfortunately, no, there is no integration with Wordpress to pre-populate a form with user details.

But the first part of your request is perfectly possible. You can create a form where your clients can upload files and you can receive them on your dropbox.

JotForm has a pre-populate feature where you can pre-fill questions on a form by sending parameters to it from URL query string. If you have a programmer she can write a script to get the data from Wordpress and pre-populate your form.
