Why is it asking to upload the private key to view the submissions?

My submissions are not coming in and there is a pop up saying "upload your private key" that continues to appear when I try to open new submissions. My new patients are coming in all day today so thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

As I check your form, I see that it is enabled with form encryption. When the form is enabled with form encryption, a private key is generated and you may have downloaded on your PC. It is required to upload this private key in order to view the encrypted submission. Please refer to the guide below for more information on Encrypted forms.
