I get 404 errors when I download submissions.

    I have made multiple attempts to download this file.  The only choice is a pdf of what I think is a list of "star" tagged submissions of the "announcer agreement form" list.  I want to download the list of names and email addresses I chose in order to email to this list. I get an error 404 when I attempt to download what is the only choice--a pdf.  Is there a way for me to download an excel file?

    Perhaps you're downloading submissions while your account is not logged in or by email? If so, please note that your account privacy/account settings "required to log in to view uploaded files" is enabled by default to secure your files/submissions. If you want to download submissions through link or email, please disable that first.


    1.) Login your account
    2.) Go to your account settings (Privacy): https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
    3.) Find the Privacy section and uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" and the "Require log-in to see submissions".

    Please give it a try and let us know if that works.
