how to copy a google form

    Hello,

    This is Chloe Rodgers, the principal of Maple Ridge High School. We have a pta meeting coming up in three weeks. I created a google form for parents and want to see who came and who didn't. What I want to do is to copy this form and give each teacher for each class. I couldn't find out how to copy it. I hope you can help me with this.

    Hey Chloe, 

    You can open the three dot menu and click "Make a copy" on Google Forms.

    But I believe you can do much more on JotForm. Compared to Google Forms, JotForm provides more advanced features in terms of copying forms. First of all, you can copy your forms by following these steps;

    1- Select the form you want to copy.

    2- Click on "More" 

    3- Click on "Clone Form"

    You now have the same form with same form fields. If your colleagues want to clone your form, all they need to do is to get the form URL, click on "Create Form", select "Import From", and enter the form URL under "From a web page" tab. 

    I think what you're doing in here is to assign the same form to different individuals. You can benefit from assign forms feature of JotForm Mobile Forms.
