The Form needs multiple click to move the Form to the next page

my NBR Application isn’t working.  You have to click things on different parts of the screen multiple times to get it to recognize.  It won’t go to the next step.  I have missed out on thousands of dollars because of clients getting frustrated and not moving forward.  I need this fixed ASAP, or I am going to have to go with a different form company.  I am hoping you can fix this issue!  I know many other NBR stylists are having the exact same issue, and are switching to wufoo.

On testing the Form, I could not replicate any issues with the direct URL. The Form submitted successfully.

Have you embedded the Form on any website? If yes, please let us know the website URL?

Which embed method have you used on the website?

Apologies for the late response.

We are really sorry that you are experiencing this issue but on checking the Form again I was not able to replicate any issues with the direct URL of the Form on testing it in the iPhone 7. The click was almost instantaneous.

May we know in which mobile phone the user is experiencing the issue mostly? Are you getting complaints from all the user or is it related to some particular user?
